This is our mailing address.  Do not mail to      pool address.  Please send a separate form
 for each child and for each session.  If registering for more than one child in a session, fees may be combined on one check.  Checks may be postdated for two weeks prior to class start.  I no longer hold checks unless specifically requested to do so.

When filling out the registration form, please indicate first and second choice of session and time, if possible.  Your class will be confirmed by e-mail.  See FAQ page for further class information.
